Frequently Asked Questions about the Spusta Studio Shop:

Q: How do I create an account with the Shop?

A: Registration with the Shop is filled out upon your first purchase.

Q: I saw a new poster this Spusta fella made for my favorite band, The So-and-So’s. Will some be available for sale through the artist, and if so, when?

A: It can take quite awhile after the poster debuts before that item will become available at Check posts on the website for details and hints regarding a possible release. (Ask questions and check the comments!)  At this time we are no longer sending out email announcements for each release.

Q: A poster is listed as Out of Stock or is not in the Shop, will anymore be released?

A: If an item is still listed in the Shop, the chances are that more inventory will be added down the line. Once a product is completely removed from the Shop it is usually long gone.

Q: How soon will my order arrive?

A: It can take up to a few weeks to get orders out, but usually much quicker. Domestic orders are sent in a protective tube, Priority Mail (USPS) which is 2-3 day service. International orders typically take longer to prepare and ship. If you need the order sooner, just let us know.

Q: I made two (three, four, five) separate orders, can they be combined into one shipment?

A: Of course! We combine orders into the same shipment tube when possible. There are two different ways to go about it;

There is a new shipping option, “Add This Purchase to Existing Order Shipment”, which charges a minimal S&H fee. Please only select that option if you previously ordered something else, paid full shipping on it, but it has not yet shipped. US orders do receive shipping confirmations.

If instead, you pay for the full shipping on two separate orders within a few days of each other, they will likely be shipped together as well. To compensate for the doubled shipping charge we’ll toss in some extra goodies.
